Mins. Farrakhan To Speak To The Caribbean
and the World Via Satellite
The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan,
the leader of the Nation of Islam in North
America, will deliver a major address
at the close of the Nation of Islam's
national convention entitled Saviours'
Day 2004.
Minister Farrakhan will broadcast live
from the University of Chicago Pavilion
via satellite that will reach over 113
cities in America, Africa, Central and
South America, the Caribbean, the Middle
East, Europe and the Far East. The satellite
will be broadcast on Sunday, February
29, at 1800 GMT (6 p.m.)
In his keynote address, he will cover
reparations, which has become a subject
of great interest and importance throughout
the Caribbean as well as for Africans
in the Diaspora. He will also cover in
his address Michael Jackson and the Nation
of Islam, the war in Iraq, the upcoming
presidential elections in America, and
the challenges that the Islamic communities
are facing worldwide.
